In order to ensure the best adherence of our systems to the treated subtrates, we always recommend using one of our primers, which have been specifically developed to guarantee the maximum adherence of our materials to all types of supports and conditions.
This system has been developed for the preparation and priming of primer for porous substrates (concrete, cement, ceramics, sandblasted steel...) before the projection of polyurea and polyurethane coatings, ensuring the adhesion and elasticity of the entire system.
Besides improving the adhesion, it also helps to seal small cracks and pores and prevent the appearance of pin holes.
100% SOLIDS POLYURETHANE PRIMER
Epoxy based, two component primer designed to provide an anti-corrosive coating and promote the adherence over porous and non porous substrates.
This primer is recommended for concrete, cement, galvanized steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, light alloys, ceramics, glass, polyurea... It shows great hardness and resistance against abrasion, chemical products and aggressive environments.
Epoxy and water based two component primer designed for substrates that show certain levels of humidity.
After the primer polymerizes it creates a crystalline product that show great hardness and adherence and acts as a barrier against residual waters, preventing the formation of bubbles in the surface.
EPOXI PRIMER FOR WET SUBSTRATES
ARTECOPOX is a 100% solids, solvent-free two component epoxy primer of low viscosity
It has been developed to promote the adherence over non porous substrates.
100% SOLIDS EPOXY PRIMER
Epoxy based, two component primer that contains solvents, designed to consolidate and impregnate highly absorbent substrates, reducing the substrate's porosity and consolidates it improving its mechanical resistances, as well as contributing to prevent the absorption of dirt by the concrete.
EPOXY SURFACE HARDENER AND PRIMER
When combined with M.E.K. it activated and promotes old polyurea and polyureathane membranes, making them ready for the next layer of coating.
To be used in reparations and and joint between cured and new coatings.
